A fractional CFO or controller performs identical duties to that of an in-house CFO or controller, but typically for smaller businesses. 

You can think of a controller as the mastermind behind the numbers. This role establishes the accounting department and assists the CEOs or Owners by overseeing the business's financial management.

A CFO does all that the controller does, but additionally works with the owner to set the financial strategy for the company going forward.

The role of a fractional accountant has grown in popularity due to its time and cost savings. For example, the average salary for an in-house bookkeeper is about $63,000/yr. However, my monthly rate will only costs at most $5,000. I am able to achieve this by leveraging technology and my expertise.

Our bookkeeping service agreements require a 30-day notice of cancellation. But our controller and CFO services can be canceled anytime.

Although we are primarily a virtual firm, we are happy to arrange meetings for clients located in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama.
